Ticket Drops and how to get Bruce Springsteen tickets
The definition of a ticket drop is when tickets are released after the initial on-sale date, even if the event is listed as sold out. Bruce shows are typically sold out in minutes. Usually as the show date gets closer more tickets become available. Drops can happen at any time. Even if a show is not sold out, dropped tickets are usually better seats close to the stage and General Admission.
The process is easy from your standpoint.
You click on the name(s) of the venues for which you want to be notified on the ordering page and include your phone number.
As the show date approaches and tickets are dropped you will get a TEXT MESSAGE stating that tickets are dropping for your venue. Sometimes the information is specific regarding the date of the show that has dropped. Other times tickets will drop for several dates at a venue at the same time.
The rule of thumb is that if you get a call, check for tickets. Drops can last for minutes or for hours.
I have several methods of getting information about ticket drops. The most important one is when I get a call from fans who have signed up and happen to spot a drop themselves. I can then send out the information to all for that venue. Of course, I always encourage you to get your tickets first, then call. I become a clearinghouse of information. Send it to me and I will disburse it in a very timely fashion.
Now for the disclaimer. I do not and can not guarantee that there will be any drops at all for a particular venue. In the time that I have been doing this, there have been less than 5 times that a drop did not come. During the 18 years that I have been involved with this, thousands of calls have been sent out to Bruce fans. I do not have a method for tracking the success rate but based on the feedback I have gotten through private emails and messages posted on the Backstreets forum, it has been a great success.
This service in only available in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. The system does not currently send calls to Europe and beyond.
You need to include your phone number. That is how I contact you.
After you have signed up, you will receive an email with my cell phone number. I would appreciate it if you would program it into your phone and call me if you see a drop.
There are regulations that only allow calls during certain times of the day, from 9AM until 9PM in your local area. That is usually when most of the drops occur. Drops that occur outside that time frame may not generate a call or text or some people people may get the call and others may not. I have no control over that.
